Return Policy
Can I return an item?
  We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, so yes, you may easily return items to Grandma and Grandpa Gifts.

• You can return most items for ANY reason within 45 days of receipt of your order.

• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all original materials and packaging.
Do you have a return timeframe?
  • We must be notified of returns within 14 days after you receive your merchandise. We don't have to actually receive your items, but we request that you complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) letting us know that your return is coming.

• Returned items must be received by Grandma and Grandpa Gifts no later than 45 days after you receive your merchandise.
Do you need advance notice of a return?
  • All returns to Grandma And Grandpa Gifts must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• You can get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us by completing the form at the bottom of this page within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Once we receive your RMA request, we will follow up with instructions on where to send your returned merchandise along with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
How do I ship a return back to you?
  • For your protection and ours, please send the merchandise back via a shipper who provides a tracking number.

• UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post with 'Delivery Confirmation' added are two tracking options to consider.

• If you return your package via USPS, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance in case your item is damaged during the return shipment

• As with most returns from online retailers, return shipping is paid by you.
What do I do after I receive an RMA number?
  • Just follow the instructions accompanying your RMA. about where to send your return

• Don't forget to send your merchandise back to Grandma and Grandpa Gifts within 45 days of your receipt of delivery.

• Once we have received your return, your refund will be issued as a credit back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase.
What is my refund amount?
  • We do not charge a re-stocking fee for authorized items accompanied by an RMA. However, unauthorized returns without an RMA will be subject to a $3.00 return processing fee.

• We will refund your credit card for the full amount you paid minus shipping costs

• We frequently offer free shipping promotions. If you received free shipping with your original order and you are not returning damaged merchandise, we will deduct the cost that we incurred to ship the initial package to you from your refund.

• Refusing delivery of a product is the same as a return. You will be responsible for forward and return shipping costs and we will also deduct the $3.00 unauthorized return processing fee from your refund.

• Please check your addresses carefully! Items that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrectly addressed package are subject to the same policy as refusing delivery. If you decide you want us to re-ship a previously undeliverable order, we will be happy to send your order to a deliverable address at the cost of postage for re-shipment
When will I get my refund?
  • Returns are processed promptly and you can expect a refund within 7-10 days of our receipt of your returned merchandise.
